Day 1

Welcome!  You are officially starting here on Day One and it’s time to jump into the beginners 30 day program so that you can learn about the system, the exercises, the diet and also go at a pace that is approriate to beginners.

Please note – if you have been exercising for some time and feel like you want to jump into the more advanced daily workouts please by all means feel free to do so.  Just make sure you are physically ready to take on the challenges that lie ahead.
